Yesterday at Kansas Airstrip Attack (Shift-S3ctor) we reset the 911 RWD 6 speed record, previously held by Todd / Black Horse Turbo. His long standing record was 206.7mph and we were able to pull out a 207.23 mph with a tail wind. These numbers were verified via draggy.

Since we knew people would be talking crap about the tail wind workin in our favor, we went back out the next day (Today) and ran a 207.6 mph to pass to back it up, no tail wind. We were running in 85-95 degree temperatures with 65-75% humidity both days.

This was a super last second event for all of us, but we had some of the fastest and cleanest 911's show up.

When I took ownership of this car I wanted three things: I wanted it to break the 1/2 mile record, something that was easy to drive off the track, and something that is put together with attention to detail. The quality of this build is nuts, 3D printed manifolds, custom lines, it's really a pleasure to look at as well as drive. BBi Autosport built a fine machine and Betim (founder/owner) of BBi had the pleasure of piloting it to record speed. I look forward to some more seat time.

The current AWD Record (I believe) is still held by AIM at 210.6 mph with a 6 speed manual - We're hoping to creep up that way.

LOL!! I read this thread at work and they cut any YouTube stuff, hence me not seeing it.

i am on my IPhone now and see the video now...that is machine is moving out!

 

I've taken it to 201 - last time I drove it I went 90 degrees at 100+ mph. Nothing was damaged, both feet in and got it to a stop. I get into my head too much when running it, so I am just easing back into it. I have a couple months before the next event, hoping to get on a skid pad to horse around with it and get comfortable. Nothing like the AWD setup where I'd just point and shoot and not care. Haha.
