Service Maintenance Item request

Good afternoon all,

Looking for the service interval recommendations from the factory. My car is a 997.2 2011 Turbo S current mileage is under 9K.I am leaving my local dealer service for many reasons and I want to be sure I am not missing any services. I love the car and plan on keeping it long term. To date I have done everything at the dealer and the car is in tip top shape,

Does anyone know where the the body drains are and how to clean (keep clear) ?

Can anyone tell me what the Porsche recommended brand, type and part number are for the following items:

I listed the items I could find on my past dealer service invoices but it does not list bands or model numbers.

Going to an Indy tis year and I would like to bring my own stuff. The items I am looking to source are:

1.Spark Plugs
2. Coolant
3. Brake Fluid 000-043-210-82
4. Oil - Mobile 1 SYN 0W-40
5. Oil Filter - 0PB-115-466 Oil Filter
6. Sealing Ring - 9A7-115-499-00
7. Aluminum Seal Ring 900-123-106-30
8. Synchronous Belt (Serpent Belt) 9A1-102-216-01
9. Coil Packs- How often should these be changed?
10. Engine Filter
11. Pollen Filter
12. Pre Filter?
13. PDK Clutch Fluid - How often should this be changed? Car is low mileage but I an wondering if it ages out?
