How is the badge delete section covered up? I can see a faint hit of an outline under the leather in your first pic. Is the entire lower section just one piece of leather covering up the badge recess or is there a 'patch'?
Only reason I ask is I was informed that warranty on the stitching is void if the badge is deleted. Not sure how covering up that recess would void any claims on the craftsmanship.
WOW! This is an OLD thread! TechArt probably has received quite a few requests to leave the badge off so they've perfected the technique of filling in the badge recess so that it doesn't look as obvious anymore. I swapped mine out for a non CF version because of issues with the CF cracking. My current wheel is all leather without any signs of a badge recess.

I'm not sure how the warranty would get voided either. TechArt has been good about covering their steering wheels under warranty.
