New Turbo Tiptronic available.
New Turbo Tiptronic available.
I just had a customer back out of an ordered 997 Turbo Tiptronic.
So this is a nice opportunity to offer this car on the forum.
The car is Basalt Black Metallic with Black interior with Sport Chrono Package etc.
It is currently in the port and will arrive at our dealership on Wednesday Nov 22nd. We will offer the car at MSRP ($ 130,415.00), not over sticker.
It's a pretty rare car, because it's a Tiptronic.
I will try to attach a PDF file with the specs later.
If you are interested in this car, please give me a call at 610-886-1000.

i am not making a critical statement, but i was on the waiting list at your dealership for a few months and got no place. now i see that you are having a spate of cancelled orders from buyers. i already have taken delivery of a 997 turbo, but maybe your dealership should have paid more attention to people like me who were/are serious buyers. i wish you luck in selling the car.
FYI, this is only the first cancelled order that we got. The 2 other Turbo's we offered on this forum were extra cars that Porsche gave us. The only way to be on our waiting list, is to give us a deposit. This would have generated a purchase order and then a spot on our list. I'm not sure who your sales person was, and if you ever gave us a deposit. A lot of people ask to be on a waiting list, but are not willing to put a deposit down. This will not result in a spot on the list. As far as I'm concerned, this separates the serious from the maybe not so serious buyers. If you ever gave us a deposit, I can't imagine you didn't get a spot.

I checked out what happened. When you gave us your deposit, our list already had a substantial amount of customers in front of you. Our spots were filled up until December allocation. We didn't have our January to June allocations at that time. I'm sure that Dave took you serious since he took your deposit, but he just didn't have an allocation to give you at that time. You would have ended up with a January or February slot. Then you got lucky and had Princeton give you an earlier allocation that they had available.
I'm sure you are enjoying your Turbo, like all our customers are.
What color did you end up getting?
