PORSCHEPHD Spectacular sevice..great guy!

I ordered the OEM Sirius adapter for my new 997 turbo (tip, Nav, CHanger)... Stephen (PorschePHD) got it to me fast!!!.. we had one small glitch with my install..I sent a 911 message to him...Sat afternoon, asked him to call my installer (as he was IN the car at that time)... within minutes Stephen had already called my guy and they were solving the problem...which they did..

Stephen asked me for pics to see exactly where my OEM install was slightly different so he could add to / edit the instructions for future sales, etc.

This guy is great..top notch, I am very pleased. And yes, AM/FM/SIRIUS.. works perfect, i have no idea why it is not a 997 option ...as the Cayenne kit plugged right in.... no antenna to see, etc

Anyhow, great guy..A1 seller.... thanks Stephen

i've never dealt with stephan, but the data that he puts online concerning 997tts seem to the point and very relevant. his products also appear able to solve problems with or improve 997tts. just from my point of view, the more posts appear from board members who have dealt with stephan, the more it validates him. i wish that there were more people with stephan's expertise.

Thanks for the info for what they are, but, and I hate to ask...in case it costs me one...but, how and where do I give rep points? Several that need it..also, though I think I have received some, It still says Zero under my name?

I guess I am still a bit confused...thanks though guys

do a search, there is a thread explaining it.

Click the little scale on the right side of the orange header, of the person you want to rep. It will take you to the add reputation screen.

If you guys only knew...Stephen is an absolute genious who I've personally seen do miracles! Think about how incredibly complicated these new cars are and how quickly he and his staff at Imagine have developed an in depth understanding of how the networks, engine management software and mechanicals have to relate to optimize performance. I'd love to see some deep pocket sponsor an Imagine Auto race team. They'd be imediately competitive and we'd all beneift from it. He also runs a very customer focused business, unlike so many of the PCNA dealers out there these days.

Great guys to trust your six figure car to!

It is the same as the unit I installed. Everything looks identical as the XM unit. As far as being available I am not sure. XM has struck a deal with Porsche and I have not been able to get the Sirus units all the sudden.
