we sure had fun driving the last 2 iterations of the Turbo...


the 996TT EVOMs in 600hp form proved marginally faster than the 997TT w Sport Chrono...

both are beauties...








time to drive!!!

Great comparison between the 2 models because you can really see much improvement style wise with the 997. The exhaust looks better on the 996 IMHO. But all things equal Porsche did a tremendous job both inside and out with the new 997 Turbo. Thanks for sharing......both cars are stunning.

hang on... you mean that a stock 997TT w/ Sport Chrono is only slightly slower than a 600HP 996TT?

sorry if i'm misunderstanding something here!

if that's the case, then the improvements in power under the curve for the VTG's are truly impressive then!

(i haven't yet gotten a ride in a 997TT... )

looks like fun for you! Do you mind to tell us what know of mod with the 996TT to push it to 600hp? I've try mine stage 2 K16 TT with 997TT. We're same speed from 2nd to 5th. 600hp will killed the 997TT easily.
