Yes, but still made in the same factory in Japan with the Champions, at least that's what I was told.

Kinesis is gone, but I believe that wheel is available through Maya.

Kinesis are still around; they just redid their website: http://www.kinesismotorsports.com/

I don't think the people behind Lexani plan on changing the current trend of Kinesis. They have lexani for the bling stuff and are branching out.

Just to be clear for anyone else interested in Kinesis. According to Dave at Wheel Enhancement Kinesis are still available from them for immediate delivery. Same quality, still made in the same plant in Japan as Champion.

The wheel still looks good, and weighs a little I don't care that a bling company owns them.

What about HRE C21

[quote=E55AMG]I've been searching for wheels for my upcoming slate TT and not having much luck. I really like the look of the GT3 wheel, but would prefer forged and they are actually a bit heavier than the TT wheels.

My favorite wheel that I've seen is the Champion RS67 but it only comes in 20". I don't want 20". Also don't really want anything that would require spacers. I'm one of those guys who would say "bling" at some of the more popular wheels posted here LOL. Sorry, it's just not my thing. I don't think a car's wheels should be the first thing that your eyes are drawn to.

I was thinking of the HRE C21 maybe even in 18s to get a more comfortable ride. Have you considered these??? . they are a bit pricey, but only around 20 lb each in wt.....much lighter than GT3 and stock tts.

They (Lexani) have already changed Kinesis because they used to be made here in the US. It's just a name.
I would stay clear of Kinesis now, I suspect there will be no/little customer service from this bling company. Even if they are made in the same factory I would go with Champion.
