after a long long wait its here.
initially was supposed to take delivery in Nov. 06. then dealer called and said they made a mistake and there will be a slight delay.....well, that slight delay ended up in me waiting another 5 month, however today it finally landed..

to top it off, its now in transit at my best friends garage as i am not in my hometown to actually have received it.
therefore my friend had the 'pleasure' of unloading it.

at least, he was nice enough to send me some pics. monday i will go to pick her up.

certainly pcm leather is one of the nicer options, as i dont really like the graphite look of the standard pcm.

sl55 is not mine. belongs to my friend, who tooke delivery of my car for me till i pick he up on monday.
he also has an f430.

we pulled once together. me in my previous 997 S cab and him in the sl55. he blasted me. guess now the card has turned as he is going to have to beat the beast.....

will challenge his sl55 and his f430. we will have some videos also in the next weeks.

i was not at all sure about going for the yelow gauges. however, i decided to take the risk.
as mentioned i will only get to see the car in person next monday.
two of my friends who took delivery for me and saw it, said it looks great in real life.....

I guess the 997TT costed you alot in egypt, Correct me if I am wrong but if you want to get permenant reg plates you've got to pay 100% tax over what you paid for the car say as an example 150,000 dollars.
