Shared wheels, 997 Turbo and 993 C2S ?

Are there any wheels that can easily be swapped between a 1997 993 C2S (Turbo body and Turbo Twist 18") and a 997 Turbo?

What I am looking for is a wheel tire setup for the track that I can use on both cars, interchangably.

Can I use the 993 C2S wheel and tire setup on the 997 Turbo?
I would prefer to use 18's on the turbo, than 19's on the C2S, for track use, it's cheaper to run the smaller tire..

Thanks,
B

Yeah, it got my attention I have a soft spot for 993's regardless of the variant C2, C2S, TT, TTS. Also addicted to Ferrari F355's.

The fronts are interchangable:
993 turbo I WHEELS- 8X18 52MM OFFSET
997TT WHEELS-8.5X19 56MM OFFSET

The rears may work:
993 turbo I 10x18 40mm offset
997tt- 11x19 51mm offset

To use the 997tt wheels on the 993 c4s, the rears may need a small spacer to clear the inner body or suspension.

Don't know if you should use the smaller and narrower 993 wheels on the 997tt........but they will fit.

If your purchasing aftermarket, then IMO a 11-11.5x18 45et and a 8.5x18 52et with a 6mm spacer for the turbo should work for both.

first of all, 2 amazing babes u got in your garage.

2nd, offset and spacers are not the only thing to worry about, the tire/wheel height shouldn't have more than 2-3% difference (front to rear of the original ones), otherwise you can get problems with the differential clutch.

Cheers
