Hi Mark, thanks. I have the upper unit but am lucky to have access to the entire garage. The owner of the bottom unit is only in town 2 weeks out of the entire year. So I have the garage all to myself. It's actually a large garage for the marina, SF and it accomodates up to 5 cars! I scored with the purchase of my unit. So so lucky
