I will be selling my 997TT that has only about 150miles on it.I have not been able to determine what a fair price would be as so few have sold.The list was $132,875 and has sport chrono,LSD,CD changer among other options,and it is Black/Black.FWIW I'm in the Tampa/ST Petersburg area.
Any thoughts on what I should get for the car?Thanks a lot.

 

150 miles? Really? Is it still on the original tank of gas?

I guess I'd start at MSRP minus 1-2% especially if the local market is hot...

 

Here is what they have been doing at manheim...however, we do not know what original MSRP was on these cars...also once bought at manheim, the dealers must pay a buying fee, then ship the car to their dealership....

Am retired and don't drive much(my 01 only had 300 miles when I sold it last year) Wife and I bot a chunk of land and spent more than we planned-sick of paying interest,and sale could put a nice dent in the Mtg.

 

good luck on the sale of your car and the land you bought. i would think that with the shortage of 08 coupes, that your car will be snapped up quickly. i would think that most dealers will try to give you at least 10 under msrp, if not less-retail sail would be the way to go.

 

Pm me if you want/need to move it quickly. I'd be between 121 - 123 for it.

 

at least 10k back from MSRP is what i got from local dealers. if they show you a 122K bid, hit it!

I'm sure you will have some lookers for MSRP. Definitly within a few grand of that.
