This car is amazing! black/black, chrono package, 6 speed, crested seats, cd player, tinted windows, and heated front seats. this car is in excellent condition and still smells like a new car. That's a screaming good deal. Somebody had another listed here for $115K. It seems like there are a lot of 997tt's already coming up for sale. Any theories on why? It's a great car so my thought is that the market is just working through the people that must have the "new new" thing.
I've been looking at late 996tt's but 997tt's in the 115's strike me as just as good a deal with some of the depreciation taken.

Yes, real estate, stock market and liquidity, it may be a rough ride for some....
