IPD 997 Turbo Plenum

Greetings once again 6 Speeders,

Yes it's true! Just when you thought you had every mod for your 997 Turbo, here comes the latest product from IPD. The new 997 TT IPD intake plenum is under going extensive dyno testing and evaluations as you read this post. The secret R&D photos that you are viewing here were stolen from our labs late last night. A full investigation is currently underway to find these perpetrators and bring them to justice. The photos seen here are of the prototype piece that will serve as the test mule for all development. Speed Gallery, long time plenum promoters, have graciously offered their Turbo for the R&D process of this new plenum. The 997 Turbo plenum is expected to be released in November (possibly sooner). The final production pieces will be much cleaner, more stylish and guaranteed to add big hp gains throughout the entire rev range. Hopefully this premature leak of the up coming IPD Turbo plenum doesn't make you crazy like a kid waiting for Christmas. RSS will provide dyno results in future posts and keep you up to date on pricing and availability. Thanks again to Speed Gallery for all their continuing support.

Stay Tuned,
Greg

Thanks Greg! we are excited to see the results.

Its not photoshop...cmon guys!? IPD And Turbo Mike performance are the same thing...RSS is the distributer...as CEC is to techart etc...we sell the product and are very proud to sell it! RSS/IPD plenum are a less expensive modification with great power gains!

What are your expectations about the gains ?

Any other mods needed to get maximum gains ?

As always I am impatient as soon as mods are the topic

No offense and maybe someone can clarify but I saw one today, (IPD plenum) and it looked rough. Casting was rough and the interior was rough. I would think this think should have been polished to the tens?

That said, are you making one for the Cayman S?

The outer casting is rough with all the fittings machined and smooth. The interior is smooth and shiny like you can see here.(cell phone camera )
