If you are buying 20's then ideal set up is 20 x 12 rear running 325 25 20 and a 20 x 8 1/2 running 245 30 20 in front. HRE is a great wheel, should run you approx. $7,700 for rims and tires if all new. It's hard to find hre's used check out DPE or SEVAS alot less money than the HRE's, and better looking IMO. Any 997 S rim can fit but will be small as they are 11's rear and 8's front, pass on that and sport the fatty 20's you'll be happy you did, good luck...

I got the wheels and tires and used them for only about 1500 miles....i also paid an extra $500 to have separate TPMS in the aftermarket wheels....in other words i didn't just take them out of my stockers and put them in the HRE's....make an offer...they are perfect

Lou,

So let me get this right you just sold your 2nd TT that you modded and now you are selling the wheels from it? Seems like you are cleaning the garage for something real special. Or just getting ready for chicagos lovely winter? PM me a price on the wheels as i would love to have them.

Hi globalm3,
The beauty of HRE wheels is that they are completely modular, and can be resized to fit virtually any car. When switching from the narrow body to the wide body cars (or vice versa) the front will swap directly over, but the rear will require some rim part changes. Please let us know if we can help, as we do all of that work at our facility.

Chads got a great point!

But at that point your just better off buying another set of rims, and selling your other wheel. In the end, i'm sure it will come out to right around the same price as having the modifications/changing out of inner and outter barrels. (feel free to correct me if i'm wrong)...
