Why do you need the DME reprogrammed?? How is this exhaust better than the GMG TI exhaust and about 6K??

As stated this system runs 100 Cell Emitec Cats. With 100 Cell cats you must run a software program so that the Check Engine Light is not triggered. Comparison to GMG Ti? In all fairness to GMG, we have not put the GMG exhaust on an engine or chassis dyno so how can I comment? Here is the Akrapovic dyno sheet...

They are a work of art. They are fairly new in the Porsche exhaust market, to their credit they are producing the 997 GT2 Exhaust for Porsche AG. Not to mention, they also supplied Manthey with the 997 GT3 RSR exhaust that won the 2008 ADAC 24h Rennen Nürburgring at Nordschleife. Here is a little more information directly from them in German, still working on the english translation....

 

A sound clip would be nice.
