Our main focus in 2009 is quality. The original plan for 360 was always to be a small operation producing the highest quality 3 piece forged wheels available. low volume and meticulous attention to detail. 2008 was a difficult year as demand for 360 grew we had to implement new systems, staff, and machining capacity to keep up with demand. This unexpected process in turn set us back on many sets as we had to desperately scramble to keep up, while demand was for a much higher volume than we could produce at the time. In order to keep up and make sure that 2009 will be an incredible year we've moved to our new 7500 sq. ft. facility which is now officially complete, we've taken finishing and assembly in house, and increased our machining capacity from 2 sets / day to 8-10 sets daily. As we are still catching up on many older orders new orders are generally complete within 3 weeks at this point. We apologize to many customers who were caught in this delay and we are doing everything possible to get backordered wheels out as fast as possible.

As stated above, our main focus is quality and to remain known for producing some of the best looking, highest quality wheels available - and in a timely manner of course...We've taken some bad press over the past few months for delayed orders, and other issues and we are working around the clock to correct this. 360 is here to stay and will be a strong player in the wheel game for many years to come so get used to us!

No, we struggled for a long time with different vendors both in the US and Europe, but the bottom line was no one could produce the quality that we were after. So, we spent about a year developing the process in house. Many delays were the result of this, but the process had to be done in order to continue to offer it. The quality now is impeccable.

Hello Jordan - I dropped my car off Friday with Jon and think my LS460 is going to look amazing with the Multi Spec 22's and lowing springs....
