Hi I am interested in the short shift kit

is this something the average person can install by him/herself?

what is the difference between the oem vs b&m, pros and cons?

my car is a 997.1 c4s if that matters

If your handy with cars, and your comfortable removing the center console, it may be possible. The benefits of the factory kit: comes with the entire shift console and with an installation alignment tool, this makes installation almost fool-proof and quick.
