I'll second and mention that I have been very happy with my VF-E Supercharger. I've worked with Sean as well as Nik on certain aspects of my system and have been very impressed by how well they stand by their product as well as support it.
I personally found that by adding X-51 headers as well as AWE cats the engine was able to breathe better and my dyno results were: 445.9HP 327.3 TQ.
No doubt this mod truly transforms the stock car and is stealthy. (The SC is also very very quiet.)
I've got over 9,000 miles on my 06C4S since the initial install and am happy to say there have been zero maintenance issues related to the supercharger, design or parts.
My greatest recommendation however is that you find a very qualified installer to ensure everything is installed correctly. There are a lots of stories out there about bad initial installs.
So bang for your buck?, no question this SC system will impress. I highly recommend the VF-Engineering supercharger.

As alot of you guys know I have had a thread posted in the 997 forum.
Just thought I would chime in and give VF some props....after-all they kind of made me well-known here in the 997 forum(over 24,000 views).

My story:
I bought my charger used from Jared (blaktout) and this guy abused the hell out of it.......Jared is an absolute "TRACK JUNKIE" and put the charger through its paces!
I bought it from Jared and decided to do the install myself......when doing it yourself you tend to need support and this is the one thing I can say about Sean @ VF...he was always there for me!
The instructions and pictures within made for what should be a challenging install..... a completed one.....with a few calls to Sean of course!
The charger has been perfectly reliable for me.....it actually may have sold my car,LOL!
I took a fellow for a ride and he loved the ride so much that he is wanting to purchase the car !
With deposit in hand,I am waiting on him...but that is another story!
