Rinspeed Indy rear bumper

Hy guys, could you help me please? I just received my rear bumper indy style and it doesn't have the holes for the PDC and the guy that brought it for me said that it is ok because he will make it with a special tool. That is fine i guess but aren't there any oder modifications to the rear bumer that keep the sensors in place? What do you guys think? Who saw such a bumper with or without the holes for the PDC. Thanks a lot.

Your bodyshop would be able to drill holes on the bumper for the sensor to work. Shouldn't be a difficult job to do.

My indy rear bumper did not come with the PDC holes.

You also need plastic clips which is glued on the inside of the bumper to hold the sensor. I tried to buy only the clips, but you can't. You may try to remove from you old bumper, but I don't know if its possible. The only way to get these from Porsche is to buy the complete set with parking sensor + wiring harness which I can't understand the reason for.

I did it this way. I know since Porsche still is a small manufacturor they use some VW/Audi parts to cut costs. I did recall that the design of the sensor is very similar to some of the Audis I have had, so I went to my Audi dealer and got the clips from them. They are not 100% similiar but my workshop did adjust them to fit without problems. If you need I have a spare set for you.
