I hear that the facelifted 911 will come out this fall, as the 2009 model. I'd like to speculate and hear others comment on what to expect. I see facelifted front and rear bumper covers with slightly different marker/turnsignal lights (as have been shown in spy photos). I expect DFI engines, with minimal HP gains but more fuel efficient. I expect the interior to remain unchanged. Dual clutch transmission probably one-year later. Entire model changed in 2-3 years to 998.

Anyone heard any facts?

there are no facts so far, only rumors.

 

new lamps (projector high beam) and new tails (LED's) and some minor front and rear clip changes.

direct injection rumored but nothing solid yet. would not be surprised if a small bump in HP followed.
