20" O.Z Ultraleggera HLT on a lapis blue 997s..might pull the trigger tomorrow

If you are set on 20's with that spoke monoblock look I like the HRE P43 . the oz wheels are nice though.

 

+1 the new HRE line is awesome looking.

 

Personally, I'm not a fan of those wheels but to each his/her own.

 

They look great for the price and Ruf uses the brand right?

 

I like them, but I think the graphite would look better than the black with the blue paint. Be sure to post pics.

 

I like them.. I am of the same mind to get these wheels. Though they are not forged, they are quite strong. Note that most of the Porsche oem wheels are cast also. These OZ wheels are a great price point. The HRE wheels are 60% more in cost and wieght is almost the same. I think these OZ wheels are the best priced option for us... And they look great. I am tired of the 70's deep dish muscle car look. I agree that for your car the graphite might look best.

I'd get these in 19s.

Why?

No lip wheels look bigger than lipped wheels. So 20s already look big in a good way on the 996, but non lipped 20s will look way too big.

IMO, a lipped (dished) wheel looks way better than any non-lipped wheel. I'd get the OZ3s instead.

 

I don't think they offer these wheels in 19"s for 997 application

INVIDS: I think it would look great esp. with your windows tinted.

 

I think lipped wheels are going out of style.

 

for the price, these are my favorite wheels. go for it.
if you are gonna spend more than there are many nice champion wheels

 

I think Graphite w/blue would great!!

 

I vote for getting your wheels you have now painted gunmetal/graphite and leaving the lip silver - that would look DOPE!
