Go down there right now and drive the green one. I am today again. Not gonna get one, but fun on a Saturday nonetheless.

PDK vs. 6spd

There is an interesting feature in Drivers-Republic.com comparing the Carrera2S with an Aston V8 Vantage, Audi R8 and Nissan GT-R . The link is:

http://viewer.zmags.co.uk/showmag.ph...1&_x=1#/page2/

The C2S takes a lot of hits in the review, but on page 34 the reviewer get some time in the new C2S 6-speed. Suddenly, through the magic of greater driver involvement, the car seems transformed. The 6-speed may be marginally slower in most situations, but the fun is not usually down to the last .1 second, but in the experience of being in sync with machine that is designed to draw you in. Don't give up your shifty ways!

How do the steering wheel "buttons" compare to the paddles that everyone else uses? That was a bit disappointing to me when it came out.

+1, except I'm used to F1 and I liked that better. I do believe these controls will warm on people very fast and will work. We just have to get used to something different than F1 (or E gear or similiar). When it hits the GT3, GT2, and Turbo, be ready for one seriously quick car. REAL quick.
