My 2009 Simple Carrera S

As some of you know I have been waiting and waiting for a super fast paddle shifting type of transmission in a Porsche.
Here is my 2009 Carrera S. The lowerer stance from the Sport PASM is super nice and does not degrade everyday driving at all. After all this is a sports car...or... as I like to call it a race car with blinkers!

I wanted a low option car to keep it as sport natured and raw as possible.

Here are the options I got:
Carrera S
Sport PASM -10mm w/ LSD
PDK
Sport Seats
Red Seat Belts
Color Matched Center Console

Looks amazing! Enjoy. I really like the ride height of the sports PASM. Perfect drop.

Great looking car. I'm not usually a fan of red Porsches, but yours looks good. Has the red color changed in 09 from previous years?

No secrets with me so here is what I did when I took delivery.

I clayed the car the day I got it and used my orbital buffer to polish and wax the paint with Menzerna FPII and then Starbrite Marine Boat Polish w/PTFE. Yes a marine wax! I have been using this stuff for years on my boats and other cars. It lasts very long and is very slick with an awesome deep shine.

I have been using it on the wheels and front bumper on my Porsche and last year moved to just using it on the whole car. It is simple to use and take out a lot of steps. Thanks for the compliment on the paint and I get these compliments all the time in person.

Looks great, just the right amount of red accent on the interior, best of luck.

Tim,

Stop fighting it, take #13 down to MCL and buy yourself a 997.2 C2S with PDK. We both know you want it!
