Kevin - cole's right... it's the newer rear bumper with diffusor in the middle section and air outlets with more pronounced louvers like the front Type II's carbon splitters. The diffusor is carbon as well.
You can find it on http://www.techart.de/homee_gesamt.htm in the Tuning > GT Street program. TechArt developed three variants here for the turbo and the gt2. check it out... very badass.

I thought you can't change the suspension due to the PASM. Anybody know something different?

I don't understand why TechArt would produce the wheel and need spacers. Perhaps the wheels and the spacers are unrelated.

traditionally the spacers have been somewhat optional mods when using techart's fomrula wheel. they usually suggest spacers for better handling regardless of the wheel you use.
