cheap front led lights

I saw my first 997.2 in person today and wow those front led lights look awesome. Anyways, has anyone tried opening up the front fog light housing and inserting like an led strip or light bar in there? It seems like you could probably just crack it open and glue a strip on the bottom or something like this.

Interested thought but the LED strip would have to go all the way across imo...

I'm out of town right now so i cant look at my car but they sell led light strips on ebay that are for giving headlights the "audi look". I think it should be pretty easy to just open up the fog light housings on glue one of those strips in there.

Ok so i ordered the led lights, this is what i ordered
http://www.oznium.com/led-flex-strips
No I've already figured out how i am installing them in the fog light housing but how should i wire them? Can i remove the DRL lights (w5w) and wire into that. I believe that these use more wattage than the DRLs would that trigger a dash light, cause any problems etc? any where else i should wire it to?
