mass is infamous around these parts
Clutch Delay Valve

When shifting quickly, there is a slight delay and a squeaking noise when releasing the clutch after upshifting. Is this the clutch delay valve and if so, what is its purpose.

I have read that this is normal and also that some have removed it.

I removed the CDV on my E46 M3, but never heard of one on a 997?

This should not happen, just had an issue with my clutch and Champion needed to change the master cylinder.

Should not happen at all. Something is effed up.
