Dension Help Please

My Dension Icelink which I bought from Eric awhile back (and I love dearly) stopped working this morning for no apparent reason. When I turned the car on I got a "no CD changer found" error message of some kind. My hope is it just needs to be reset somehow. Problem is I had a high end car audio shop install it and it's up under the dash somewhere that I have absolutely NO idea how to get to. I do have the USB output cable though in the glovebox. Anyone got any ideas? Eric?

My first unit failed in the same way, Dension replaced the unit, I paid a $50 charge for shipping or something. Not sure what was wrong with the unit.

First issue is the installation. The box needs to be in the front trunk, accessible, so you can update firmware, access dip switches to verify, etc.

Second issue is likely in my email reply to you as well: failure to have the vehicle programmed after installation using the Porsche System Tester (PIWIS). Often these devices will work for a few days, then won't be seen by the vehicle. Programming is a necessary step from the dealership, and takes about 10 minutes.

Email me anytime with issues, questions, etc.

Thanks.
