Eric Bumperplugs - how about a chrono-plug?
I would love to lose the chrono clock in the middle of the dash. How about developing a leather plug for that? I would buy it.
This is the dumbest thing that P has ever added. It has nothing to do with performance, yet it is required to get the "sport" mode. Also, I end up having to explain the stupid thing to anybody who gets into my car!

Agreed. Was asked this a while back when the wart started appearing in some spy shots. Of course, you can probably have a local leather guy remove and patch that area, but it is a stupid thing sitting up there on the top of the dash. Oh well, leave it to Porsche to overengineer something like that!

Maybe just cover the clock with a smiley face?

Eric, it wasnt a photoshop job, it was a preproduction model that allowed them to compare the dash with and without the chrono.
that said, i hear porsche is going to have an option in the future that delete the clock, but leaves the other benifits of the sport chrono option.
