Looking for advises

I am so sad. I bought a set of damptronics from Vivid last june great service BTW. I never got to have it installed in my C2S because right after Had some financial issues. got the shipment but never openned it. So, now, finally I have some money to have it installed. My installer openned the package today and discovered that they sent me the parts for C4 instead. What do you guys think? Anybody had similar experience before? Do you think they will and should let me exchange for the right part given it's been awhile? SO SO depressed.

I'm sure Dan will take them back. Even though it's been a while, it doesn't change the fact that the wrong item was sent out.

I don't sympathize with a 'poor me" post which places a vendor on the spot.

You can't pick up a phone and call them ? You ask the reader for advice?
You present it as an honest mistake and it may be but what if it isn't on YOUR part ? How can we know?

I have no advice for you .
I feel bad for them and i don't even know them.

+1 on calling them. If they have never been installed, then it is clear that t is the vendors error.
