anyone have a leaky roof?

My roof is leaking into the suede headliner which in turn is now dripping onto me in the drivers seat. Has anyone ever had this problem before? Its also wet above the visor

My first 05 997S did this but it was only a drop or two after a brisk wash . Exactly the same spot you describe the waterr entered but it was so slight that i just let it be and washed carefully enough to avoid water pressure on the roof. Heavy rain did not leak only the spray of a hose .

Check to see if your sun roof is slightly open. I know it sounds obvious, but it happened to me.

happened to me when I had an 05 X5, it was happening because the runners to drain the rain off the top of the car would get debris (leaves, dirt, etc) causing them to get clogged. Once I cleaned them out the leaking stopped. Try to see if this is the same in your case

That would be my guess as well.

I would take it to the dealer, and see if this is covered under warranty.

+3 on the drains.

Unfortunately no sunroof has a completely water-tight seal around it. That's why it's very important for the sunroof drains to stay clear of debris. 9 out of 10 times your sunroof leaks, it's due to a clog in the drain somewhere near the bottom of the car, where they exit.
