New 997.2 S PDK with X51 as fast as 2010 GT3

I believe the new 997S PDK with X51 kit (408hp) will be as fast in straight line accelaration figures 0-100Kph, to the all mighty GT3. Have seen the 997S PDK making 4,2/4,4Sec till 100Kph and 14,4sec to 200Kph, and 2010 GT3 making 4,0sec 0-100Kph and 13sec sec 0-200Kph. So with 408hp it can match GT3 0.100Kph figures and loose some ground to 200Kph, maybe it will get under 14sec. Anyway these are amazing figures, in pair or faster than a sock 996TT which is really amazing for an 3.8L atmo, and shows how refined these DFI can be. Porsche nail it this time, and I can imagine how fast the new 997TT PDK will get.
What do you guys think?

PS - Just for the record, I know GT3 is not for full blast accelaration figures, and in circuit can trash any PDK car

The PDK + Sport Chrono C2S 0-60 is 4.1

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that with the X51 package (if that's the official name for MY10) will drop that down to 3.9 which is just out of this world, supercar fast.

An older 997.1 S will run 4.1 0-60, the numbers PNA claims is quite conservative. More important is the 1/4 mile..a Japanese test got a 12.1 1/4 mile time with a 09 997S PDK.

Haven't several publications tested the '05-'08 Carrera S manual 0-60 in 3.9 sec and 1/4 in 12.3-12.4 ?

I would think a PDK 385hp version using a good LC launch will be quicker than that...

Road and Track ran 0-60 in 3.9 and a 12.3 @114.8 mph in a 05 997S.

Most other rags were in the 12.6 range @112mph, 0-60 in 4.1 sec.

Oh yeah, thought I had come across more than one sub-4 sec clip. Guess not:

Still that's so good for "355hp"

Can you share your source for the 408hp, and any pricing info?

Thanks!
