Sorry for the noob question. Does it come standard on the S and 4S model? Or is it a separate option?

 

PASM is standard on the S models. The other available suspension - the -20mm S-PASM is PASM too. There is no non-PASM suspension on the S models.

Hmm, small defection of E55 owners from www.mbworld.org (self included) After getting my 09'C4S I don't miss my 06'E55 at all. Good luck in your search.

Traded my '06 E55 for a new '07 997S 2.5 yrs ago and was on mbworld too (RJC) but have been a long time 911/Porsche guy for many years...almost bought a new SL63 last week, came very close.
Miss the torque of the 55 but the overall driving experience of a 911 is hard to beat.

I defected to the BMW camp and is driving an Interlagos Blue M3 right now, but thinking of switching again.
