There is only one high quality option. OEM.

Other than that then next would be something in carbon/kevlar.

Do not get Fiberglass, I had one and everyone else I know that has had one regrets buying them, as fitment and durability sucks!

Here's a pic of the Rinspeed Indy bumper on my C4S. Quality is very good.

The Rinspeed looks very nice. I am thinking of getting a Vorsteiner. Haven't heard anything bad about their quality, but I will be sure to post once it's installed and let you know what I think.

Agree as I never liked the look of them. I'm so glad the original owner changed out the rear bumper.

Does anybody know if the bumperettes are a US required safety thing? If so, how come we can change out to rear bumpers that don't have them and still be in compliance.

An OEM Euro bumper would cost much more than just taking off the bumperettes and filling the holes in and painting over it at a competent body shop.

there is a piece behind the bumper with bumperettes that you would also have to get euro, there was someone on here with a green 997 that got the euro bumper installed

I have the vorsteiner and love it,,, takes some work to get it to fit properly, but if you have a good shop install it then it shouldnt be a problem
