I recently upgraded my Lobsters to Carrera S II wheels, and I couldn't be happier. So I thought I would share some pictures (just crappy iPhone pics, but I'm excited so....)!

And one "before" shot:

And thanks for forum member dksu for giving me such a great deal on these wheels.

What do you guys think?

Nice! Porsche makes some really good looking stock wheels.

i think both wheels fit the car very nicely and they both look great.

it wouldnt be worth the hasstle/expense to me to swap from one to the other but it might be worth it if the new set were wider which i think is not the case.

i prefer stock porsche wheels to just about anything out there in the aftermarket.

Looks a hell of alot better than the lobsters which in my opinion is the worst looking wheel on the market.

Looks great Eddie. I'm glad you like them. I agree too that the new wheels makes your car look more modern and fresh. What tires are you running in the rear? 305?

Thank you, David. Running 295s on the rears.

Yup. ET51... looks just right to me, as I was running my Lobsters with a 15mm spacer on the rears (ET67 + 15mm spacer = effective ET52 offset on the rear) and I knew another mm wouldn't do anything negative to the look of the car. No rubbing no issues

Thanks everyone for the kind words!
