I got my PDK paddles

What a huge improvement !!!!! These things are great . I drove my car for the first time in awhile this evening . The paddles do wipe out any confusion , are large enough to find easilty and are very efficient. One person who test drive my car felt that it was close to the directional but I don't see that as an issue .
The exhaust sounded great. The paddles were awesome.
After all this Gt3 hoopla .. I'm keeping this car for awhile.

Awesome! I had a suspicion you'd fall back in love with it. Drive it this weekend and give us a full report.

Pics?

W/ ~700 miles on the car you should definitely keep it and get more seat time with it before moving onto a GT3. If it does everything you need, then save yourself the moolah.

Great! Now spend some time on a nice twisty road with a lot of tight corners and a sequence of switchbacks and hairpins. Drive it spiritedely in M mode and please report back about the new paddle's performance, including missed shifts if any. Straightline, freeway reports need not apply.

It's dark and in my garage the lighting produced blurry pics . I am charging up the camera and will try and get some up soon . Overall it is real nice . I never felt that the buttons were an issue but this does feel more fluid . One paddle = 1 function simplifies the push pull of the buttons. i only drove a few miles so I can't really detail the experience . But on first impression .. I like it.

Please take a side picture to show how cloese the paddles are to the turn signal stalk...I have big hands and have been wondering about this.

It's dark and I am not much of a photographer. I stuck two of my fingers between these paddles with ease . I love the design .

They appear close but are not in the way . Several people drove the car and all agreed that this is the way it should have come from Porsche.
