Help Pricing a 997 C4S Please

Hi Guys,

Wanted to get your opinions and any recent comps on an '07 C4S I'm looking at. The car is:

2007 C4S
12k Miles
Meteor over black Full Leather
Nav/Phone/Sport Chrono/Bose
Porsche Sports Exhaust
2nd Owner

106k MSRP when new.

What do you guys think it's worth in today's market? Any help much appreciated!!

Thanks!

What are they asking for the car? I have seen a lot of 997 C4S in that mileage range for low 60s to high 50s. Your specific geographic area will dictate the specific price, as well the condition of the car. Obviously, a place like Michigan (compared to the Bay area) will have a tough time in selling a sports car in the winter. I would think low 60s for that car would be about right.......

Was asking 73k - which I think was pretty high. The car has now been on the market for at least a month. Seller has indicated some flexibility on the pricing though so I'm trying to get some ideas / comps for what's reasonable.

Thanks!

low to mid 60's. I just did a search on Autotrader and found 10 between 65-70. That includes C4S cabs as well. Some are even CPO.

I would say midwesterner is correct. It should be around high-50 to mid-60s.

Just a data point, I just got mine, with very similar spec to yours for $57k out of the door.

If it's private sale --low 60's . If it's a CPO -Mid 60's .
It doesn't sound like the owner wants to sell his car .

Thanks for the all the great input. Do 4S models seem to command any premium over 2S models in the used car market?

There's a sight increase as a new car costs more as well . The proportion of the increase depends on the region though.
