Show and tell - rear wings for Cabs (nb)

I've begun to search in earnest for a rear wing for my car. Though there appear to me many wings to choose from on the market, it is unclear which are compatible with a cab - i.e. wings that don't interfere with the soft top moving cowl and other mechanicals. Vendors are rarely cite their cab-compability.
So I thought I'd draw on the community to solicit some advice and information:
1. Which wings are compatible with a 997.1 narrow body cab?
2. Do you have photos of the wing on your cab?
3. Can you point us to information that answers the question?
My preference (I think) is a ducktail design - although there are others out there (RUF, Techart) that have caught my attention as well so at this point I'm open to any and all.
Many of these are pricey (e.g. RUF) so I'm going to heavily weight that issue as well. Oh and finally, if anyone has a (compatible) wing for sale, please PM me.
Thanks in advance,
V

Not a fan of any wing on a 997 Cab, but if I did one, it would be the TechArt Rear Wing I. The TechArt Rear Wing III and IV will also work on a Cab based on their sales brochure. Sorry, don't have a pic handy.

Yes, I've been on and off on this one. But in theory with the GT3 nose it's a balancing act - probably more for appearance than for aero. I don't spend a lot of time at speeds where it would matter.
But thanks.

And thx for the 996 pic.

Verde,

Have you consider Misha's "One-Off" design "ducktail" like the one for my coupe? It will fit the cab w/o problem, if the 996 pic holds true.

Hey Verde, sorry if I got you out of the idea of GT3 wing... I just wanted to make sure it fits before going for it.

I think the best solution is the TechArt Type III for a 997.1 Cab. If I remember correctly one of the members on the forum had an issue with it. I think it was due to the engine heat escaping from the vent outlet, and it caused the wing to bend or something. I would look into that first...

I've got the GT3 nose on my cab as well and I still don't like a wing on the back but it is a very personal thing (and as I'm sure you've noticed that as this debate is one of the more popular one's in the 997 section). At the end of the day, it's what you really like that is most important.

I wish I could post up some pic's from my TechArt brochure. If you go to their website, I think they allow you to download the catalog and than you can take a look for yourself (at least of the TechArt wings).
