Bought a 06 911 Carrera
Well I've finally gone and bought my first Porsche 911 after researching 993's, losing money on one, and then coming to my smarts and purchasing a 997.

Its a 2006 Carrera 6-speed with only 29k miles and CPO from Champion. I'm super pleased with their customer service and the deal I negotiated. The car will be shipped to me next week and then we'll see about mods in the future. I'll lurk more on the 997 forums of 6speed and Rennlist to see what others have done, etc.

Wow all the way to Dubai from South Florida. I bought my 997 from Champion but I live just a few miles away from the dealership. Well, enjoy it! Looks like a beautiful car.

why would you ship a car to Dubai - prices are almost the same there?
you are buying a car you don't know and the dealer in the US won't care if you have any problems ...

Nice car!!! As an owner of a silver/black 997, first mod (and a small one at that) is clear side markers. The yellow/orange ones don't look good on the silver cars...the clear ones don't cost much and really improve the look...
