i want to replace my auto transmission on my 06 997 to an f1 or racing fear
hey guys i have an 06 997 that i have almost 100,000 KM on it even with heavy usage the car is in greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat shape and for some reason or another it much faster than other c2s's around . any way i got a couple of new cars and the 997 is just laying there i dont want to sell it because of the sentimital value 
it has .
so i decided to strip it down to a track car . so my first problem here is that
it is AUTO transmission
is there any tuner , manufacturer i can replace my auto with F1 , OR sequential racing gears .

Anything can be acomplished with adequate monies.
I know this is a matter of opinion, but keep it the way it is and get a gt3 if you want a race car. A 997 with that kinda mileage might not hold up so well to being thrashed on a track. Most race motors don't get past a few hundred hours before they get rebuild.
Either way, have fun and post up results!

you need to talk to this guy...but I believe you are in for more than you think because even the ecu will have to be changed

ZoSo_DXB why buy cars if u wont drive them ;-) ?am using an an aston martin v8 vantage as a daily drive got an F430 with 75,000 km and got and porsche cayanne turbo with a 100,000 on it , with proper preventive maintenance u wont have any problems
