In the two years since I sold my 997.1 to get "responsible", I finally pulled the trigger on a new 2009 C4S. I got lucky and found a new 2009 C4S with the color I wanted and all of the major options I wanted: PSE, Ipod, Bluetooth, Nav and Bose.

Just got loaded by FEDEX Auto Transport today! Hopefully, it will be here next week.

I'll post more pics when I receive it. Can't wait.

Where in Colorado do you live ? I purchased my C4S from Porsche of Colorado Springs. Where is car coming from ? Same color, wheels as mine but I have the two tone black/beige interior which I love.

I found it in NJ. It would have been much easier in the Springs. I live in the Denver area.

i love your two-tone interior. That's probably another thing I would have ordered if I customized one (in full leather).

Do you use Winter Wheels/Tires? If so, what's your setup?

Nice car! Did you fly out to NJ to check it out or did you buy it unseen? And did the dealership set up the transport for you also?

Man, if I could just find the right 2009 C2S ...

 

Gleek 48: I take my car off the road in wintertime so I keep summer tire/wheel set-up. We have really mild winters here in southern Oregon and don't get hardly any snow in the lower elevations so no need for winter tire/wheels in any case. Colorado is a DIFFERENT scenario. I am originally from Massachusetts and DON'T miss the snow !

I peeked at their website and see they have quite a few 09 cars . Some new and others in the pre owned. Very impressive.

Thanks again guys. I did buy it sight unseen, but got numerous picture, referrals about the dealership, carfax (which reported nothing) and a DME. Matt Rosenszweig was helpful and communicative. Can't wait to inspect it in person and I'll report back if all the representations are correct. Looks so to me, so far.

It is true that they have a few more 09's, so if people want one - call them. I dealt with Matt.

I also used FedEx to ship my car from Princeton Porsche in NJ to Florida and it is a great service. Very prompt and courteous drivers and they protect your car well.
