RUF CTR -- I noted it and your pic name says it !

 

From the wheels, I'd say a RUF car.

 

Aye it is. The only registered CTR in North America (1 of 28 in the world). The car is UNREAL. He took me for a ride, 60MPH in 3.6 seconds! When the customer picked the car up from RUF (he's the second owner) the car was completely restored and on the day it was finished the service manager from RUF picked him up from the hotel and took him on a top speed run on the Autobahn. 340 KPH.... in a 20 year old car...

Where is the car located ? Is it dot/epa certified ?

 

The license plate on the car makes it really easy to figure out.
