I just filled the tank and thought about a $148.00 gas cap. I can't go there!

Yeah, I'll probly invest $150 for a strut bar before I spend on a cap that just looks cool. Does the cap attach to the car via the rubber cord? If not, hope you don't drop and scratch it!!

A cap like this for the oil filler tube would be cool!

According to Suncoast, the cap does attache to the rubber cord.
