Anyone have any news on the release of the 997 C4S? I always wanted to get a 996 C4S (love the widebody look & clean lines of that model) put never ended up pulling the trigger & do not want to buy a new late model one now that the 997 is out.

Will the 997 C4S model be a widebody like the 996 C4S? Do you think it is wise to get on the list now for this model w/ the local dealer?

 

If you want it, get it now, why wait?

u'll have to wait for a long long time... there might not even be a 997 C4S.

 

The dealer told me that the C4s would be released this summer. It's going to be wider than the current Carrera 2s.

 

And the dealer also told you he's not making any money either.

FACT: Dealers DO NOT KNOW squat about what's coming until it shows up on their showroom floor.

The 997 is 71.2"s wide. the 996 Turbo and C4S are 72.1"s wide.

 

There will be a C4S in the 997 line-up...
Dealers here see, to know more than those in the US....
