That's cool as heck! My wife is into cake decorating... friends/family/church members are always getting her to make cakes for birthdays/etc...

My birthday is October... I think I'm gonna get her to do a Porsche cake in black for me

Did you wife have a special cake pan or did she free sculpt it from sheet cake?

 

It was done by a local cake shop. They specialized in custom cakes. Many crazy ones. Almost anything you can think of.

Very cute. My husband's birthday is coming up. I'll have see if I can make a F-spider with a chocolate 'oil leak'. (His latest woe).

 

Always a very nice surprise for car enthusiast. Actually, you can do almost everything. hehe
