Pirelli Sottozero 240 Type II on my stock 18" Carrera Classics. 235-40 and 265-40. Love these tires.

Have used pirellis they are an excellent tire up to about 5 maybe 6 inches of snow -- after that no matter what tires you have on the car tends to become an expensive German snow plow.

Just had them put on Friday. The local Hogan Tire did a price match plus took 5% off what Tire Rack could do. So far they perform better when cold (ie turning when backing out of my parking spot) than the oh so hard summers. A full report will be had once we get some snow!
