Value of 2008 Mexico Blue 997S

My wife and I saw the most beautiful Mexico Blue Porsche 997 Turbo two weekends ago here in Vancouver. We stopped dead on our tracks and now we are interested in this car in Chicago:

http://usedcars.westmontporsche.com/...ition_id=10426

2008 997S with only 2800 miles at a Porsche Dealer in Chicago. Asking price is $74,997. Here are the options,

Mexico Blue Paint to Sample Exterior
Black Standard Leather Interior
XSC - Porsche Crest in Headrest
342 - Heated Seats
810 - Floor Mats
XXZ - Aluminum Foot Rest
680 - Bose Audio System
XLF - Sport Exhaust System
P77 - Leather Sport Seats
XRR - 19" Carrera Sport Wheels
24931 - Exterior Color to Sample
789 - 997 Paint to Sample
XXF - Red Taillights
CGA - Body Colored Headlight Washer
XDA - Wheels Painted Black
XAA - Aerokit
DAT - Alcantara Shifter and Handbrake
CLA - Alcantara Steering Wheel

Based on the above, what is a fair price for this car?

Thank you.

If you can get it for under $70k its a competitive deal but it's hard to put a value on it since the color is so bold you either love it or hate it. I love it and hope it works out I found a similar car with a few more miles for you to compare with. GL

You mentioned that it was a TT in your post but it is indeed a C2S.

Make them a competitive offer, Mexico Blue is beautiful, but not everyone thinks so.

If you buy it, make sure you make it to a local PCA event, I would love to see it.

He mentioned he saw a Mexico Blue TT in person, but must have done an internet search for Mexico Blue Porsche and found that C2S online.

Beautiful car... And plenty of people absolutely love that color. You should have no problem shifting at the end of ownership like you would if it were a less desirable color. With that option list if you can get into it around 70k I'd say its a fair deal. Two thumbs up from me!

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I spoke with a salesman at the dealer and he gave me the customary comment of: "We only had this car for two weeks and there really isn't a lot of room on the price except for maybe a couple of thousand dollars". Hardly motivating so it could be a bit of a waiting game...

Well if you really want it don't hesitate too long. I've seen friends lose lots of cars trying to wait out dealers.

Depends on if you love it - I don't care for the Alcantara bits, but some like it. As far as SC goes, doesn't seem important for a ."1" non-PDK car. Its' an '08 and 6spd, right?

The miles are certainly low - like new nearly.

I would check the KBB for the value and then decide how much extra Mexi Blue is worth to you.

KBB retail price is $74000. Does KBB have a value for actual price vs. retail price? BTW, car is a 2008 with manual transmission.
