Need help changing my air filter

I looked every place, I cant find a "How to Change your air filter"

Does anyone know of a U Tube vid or a step by step post?

I would like to run down and buy a filter from the dealer this week.

Thanks in advance

First, loosen up the three hose clamps that hold that rubber thing that connects the air filter housing to the manifold (intake). Remove the entire rubber boot.

Unsnap the air intake channel on the left side of the engine. (It's secured to a part of the engine on the aft side of the duct).

Lift up the entire air filter assembly and rotate it up and out a little bit to access the bottom of it. (If you do just that you don't need to disconnect any electrical connections (like to the Mass Airflow Sensor).

With a Torx driver, loosen up the 6-8 Torx screws (captive) that secure the top and bottom halves of the airfilter assembly. Separate them, and there is the filter. Clean out the inside of any grit, and put in the new filter. Reverse the procedure.

It will be easier to do if you disconnect the MAS and the small vacume line the controls the Helms device. Then take the entire enclosure to the bench and disassemble the housing. When you replace the housing make sure the rubber isolation grommets are securely in place before you reinstall it. They tend to want to either adhear to the housing and need to be in the holes when you reinstall the housing. A mild soap solution sprayed on the inside of the grommets prior to install will help to get the housing posts seated without pushing the grommets through the holes they rest in.
