I realized why I love the 997...

because it looks most like the 993...So I decided to just buy a 993. Got a 96 C2 coupe with 26,500 miles, records, clean carfax, and just had the 30K service. Can't wait to get it. Anybody know any good auto transporters?

Renee - I totally agree with you. That's why I love the 997 too. But I still like 996's.

BD 997 - I LOVE 993 C4S', especially when they have the motorsound package and sport seats.

Definitely one of the best cars Porsche has ever made.

I think they will be classics since they're so rare.

Sorry...

I'm having a real hard time with the pictures. Anyway it is black on black. Can't tell you how psyched I am. I was going to trade my black/black Box S for a 997 but changed my mind. Now I have a track car that I won't have any guilt about. No warrantee worries. I probably paid way too much but I don't care. She's a classic!

They are one of the best in the US. They do a lot of the Barrett Jackson Auction cars.

but of course

that front plate is coming off day 1 as soon as she comes. I've been thinking of some mods for the track...suspension, etc.

The 993 is aging the most gracefully of all the 911s IMHO, congrats.
