Do you think that rental companies rig the airbags to make them all the more sensitive so they do deploy with the slightest unsettling of the car? (which in my case was a pothole significant enuf to puncture a tyre)

If so is this right at all? I don't know about other car manufacturers but porsche doesn't seem to use the "norm" SRS airbags... do you think our airbags (sensors) are less sensitive than these SRS airbags?
