Good yo hear!

 

The local news said to get ready as the tsunami is coming. Never mind the preparedness kit, I moved the C2S to a higher parking level, since we are in a tsunami zone and our parking space is in the basement. Luckily, we all got spared and only minor damage in Hawaii and hopefully the same on the West Coast. Our thoughts and prayers to those in Japan and those affected by the tsunami.

Had to evacuate for previous tsunamis when we lived on the beach in Waialua. Not a problem now in Mililani.

It's going to take a while to clean up this mess.. and as of just a few hours ago, the top had come off one of the reactors. Serious business, gents.

 

2nd time in 1 year I had to evacuate (last year was the Chilean quake). I seriously didn't want to leave this time but HPD was really aggressive with the squad cars and bullhorns. I guess it's good practice, now I'm able to get all my valuables and mobilize super fast. Good thing parents live Manoa so I have a place to go.
